I have been instructing Zumba since March 2008 and my classes are still ROCKING the town. It's a short ride from Houma but it is well worth the trip. As you can see, I am Licensed to teach many Zumba styles and I have also trained and earned credits at Zumba Convention 2009 and 2010.
Zumba has changed my life in many different ways. One class and you will fall in love.

There is a $6.00 cost per class or a punch card of 8 classes at a cost of $48.00.
Payment Procedure: Dance Images does not offer a monthly tuition rate. I believe my payment system for Zumba is more beneficial than the monthly payment tuition. There are 8 classes within a month. However, if you are unable to attend a class in the month, you do not lose that class. The unpunch class rolls over to the following month. Your card does not expire at the end of the month. You do not have to take all 8 classes Consecutive

Frequently asked Questions about ZUMBA
What do I wear to ZUMBA? You can wear sweat pants, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, anything comfortable and cool. As for shoes, wear athletic shoes that give you support. I recommend cross-trainers or Dance Sneakers. Also, bring a bottle of water and a face towel.
What can I expect when I come to ZUMBA? The ZUMBA Instructor will lead the class in easy, simple movements that are combinations of dance and fitness. The students just follow along; usually just visual cues are given so that the class can listen to the music and immerse into the feel of the music. The music is fun and invigorating and mostly Latin; the dancing is varied: salsa, meringue, cha-cha, bachata, tango, cumbia, reggaeton, samba, calypso, and a lot of hip and body shaking! Fitness moves such as lunges, biceps curls, and other arm-toning isolations and crunches (while standing) are incorporated. The class structure starts with a warm-up and proceeds to intervals of faster and slower tempos throughout the hour, ending with a cool-down and stretch.
What if I'm not coordinated and I can't dance? Don't worry about the steps!!! ZUMBA is all about having FUN while getting fit. There are NO MISTAKES in ZUMBA. As long as you are breathing, as long as you are moving, as long as you are having fun, you are doing ZUMBA correctly! ZUMBA uses a lot of repetition of steps from class to class. ZUMBA is an excerise party! There is no right or wrong way to ZUMBA. Even if you can't do a step just move to however the music makes you feel!
What if I'm out of shape and I can't keep up? You may work at your own pace and can modify your own intensity of exercise. Most of the moves are low impact and the ones that aren't can be done that way. You may sit out songs to rest. That's perfectly fine! There is no competition going on here! As you continue you will see your stamina build up and you will be able to do more and more.
What kinds of people take ZUMBA class? People of all fitness abilities, ages, sizes, and nationalitites take ZUMBA.
How will ZUMBA benefit me? So many ways! ZUMBA is a total package; mind, body, and spirit! Physically, you will burn 500-800 calories in one-hour, build cardio strength, and tone muscles. ZUMBA fitness especially targets the core, building strong abdominal muscles.
